Shipping origin

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing time begins after payment is successfully authorized. During periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.

Carrier and estimated delivery times

Domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated transit times after the order is handed to USPS are:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: approximately 2–5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail: approximately 1–3 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: approximately 1–2 days where available.

The available service and shipping charge, if any, are shown at checkout. Transit estimates are based on USPS service standards and are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, peak-season volume, destination access, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation with the USPS tracking number will be sent after the order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after acceptance by USPS.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing and are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact your local USPS office. If a package appears lost, delayed, or damaged, email us so we can help review the shipment and any available carrier claim options.

International orders

If international shipping is offered at checkout, transit times vary by destination and carrier service. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or delays imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
